The idea took shape when Karla Dalsgaard, who has Femiknit wanted to do something with Coffee Beanies. She has her nose right in the middle of the fashion world at one of the largest fashion manufacturers in Denmark and she really knows what's new and smart. Karla's idea of reknitting is fantastic and suddenly it made perfect sense to join forces on the Coffee Beanies Self-knit concept. We have great yarn and she has great patterns. After her, more great designers came along. Just wait and see - their creations are brilliant too.
Elin is our own wonderful house designer. She can knit anything. And she has spent a long life in her career looking forward to surrendering to her creative side. She has done this to the fullest during her five years with us at Coffee Beanies. Without Elin, we would be nothing.
