We want 100% satisfaction and therefore give full return policy. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, with original tags and labels. Goods that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will not be returned. The package must be sent directly to our address, and we recommend sending the package, for example, with Post Danmark as a parcel post, so that the package can be tracked.

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Please remember to include the registration and account number for any bank transfer. And remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the goods have been dispatched.
