Good to know before you buy
If you want a hat that is particularly roomy or tight, please let us know in the comments box at checkout. Knitters do not make hats the same, so some are more roomy than others.
Refunding
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. There is a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year warranty.
There will be a processing time for returned goods within 5-7 working days, after receipt of the return package.
If you have used a debit or credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account. The money will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange for another size or colour, please place a new order and return the second order to us.
Returns are at your own expense.
